This is my first time shooting action pistol match at California Tactical Academy. There were 6 stages but i forgot to record one of them. I was new to the scoring system but quickest way to describe it is that you MUST shoot all the black targets and when you shoot the white targets you will get negative bonus time. I was running my Springfield MC Operator 1911 with 5 10rnd magazines so I was under the limit 10 category. The weather was 100-109 degrees and I had a funky jam with my 1911 on stage3 where the round was stopping me from stripping it out even though my slide was lock back. I think this will happen when your the last round you loaded is not in the magazine all the way.
